About the event
Are you looking to feel more grounded, improve self-confidence, communicate clearly, speak your truth, improve mental focus, or a greater sense of connection? Balancing your chakras can help do this and more!
The chakras are interconnected- each impacts the other- so bringing just one chakra more into balance, can have a positive impact on us as a whole- mentally, physically, and spiritually!
In this workshop, you will learn the importance of balancing our chakras & explore how to do it! Come prepared for a chakra inspired flow, to find peace and alignment, followed by a guided meditation. We will align the energy centers by creating our own unique, colorful mandalas, in combination with affirmations, and chakra cleansing music.
*Please bring a notebook and pen for brief journaling, colored pencils, crayons or markers- at least one shade of each: red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, and purple, and a printed mandala. Bring a black marker if you would like to make some additions to your mandala and any props you would like to have available for our flow.
