About the event
New to Yoga? Or looking to revisit the basics!? Then this workshop is for you!
In this workshop, we will go over some of the "basic" breath work and asanas of yoga. We will dicuss how to get into them, correct alignment, and how to make adjustments so you are getting the most out of your practice! As we go through, I will be open to all questions and comments! We will finish with a 30 minute flow!
Please come prepared in yoga apparel with a mat and water. If available, feel free to bring blocks or straps!
