I am 32 weeks pregnant and the mom of a toddler, which makes attending live events pretty challenging. But AJ offers recordings of all her classes and workshops which has been a lifesaver! I am so grateful to be able to fit her classes into my schedule, when I have both the time and mindset to exercise.
AJ takes yoga and makes it approachable for everyone. My Fiance has
never taken yoga and suffers from not only back pain but severe
anxiety and depression. I suggested yoga and he responded "I can't
bend like that!"... I showed him that the class was only 30 minutes
and we can do it at home and at our leisure and he agreed to try it.
Well it worked, his back pain has subsided and I really do think it
gives him a place to breath and be centered. Thank you AJ!
